Merchandise return

When ordering an item, and if you want to cancel the order or return it, you must first call us to establish an agreement and make arrangements for the next steps. In the event where the goods ordered are already shipped, additional transportation fees may apply. The merchandise returned will also be inspected. Any damage could incur restocking fees or any other fees, and even the refusal of the return, before the payment is credited.

How can I return merchandise?

We hope that all products you buy from CORGO INDUSTRIES give you complete satisfaction. Should you need to request a refund or exchange, this is possible within 5 days following delivery. Additional charges will apply beyond this period

• The item must be kept in its original packaging
• You must have a copy of your invoice or purchase order
• The item must not be a special order

Special orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Special order cancellations are subject to cancellation fees.

Every return is subject to transport and restocking fees.
